
About the Role
At TEILOR, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading the brand’s social media presence across all platforms, combining strategy, content creation, campaign management, community presence, and performance optimization.
The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Marketing team and the creative team to deliver integrated campaigns, grow brand awareness and followers, and strengthen engagement across all digital channels.
This role covers three brands within the TEILOR portfolio: TEILOR, DAAR, and Janine, as well as supporting the Bulgarian market, ensuring consistency, relevance, and strong performance across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy, Growth & Planning
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Own and manage the editorial calendar across all social platforms.
• Drive audience growth and follower acquisition strategies, ensuring continuous increase in reach and community size.
• Identify and implement trend-driven content opportunities to increase visibility and relevance.
• Continuously bring new content ideas tailored for each of the three brands, ensuring strong brand differentiation and consistency.
• Maintain and protect the brand identity across all platforms, ensuring each brand has a clear and consistent digital voice.
• Adapt content strategy based on campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and audience insights.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithms, cultural trends, competitor activity, and social media innovations.
Content Creation
• Create and produce engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), both independently and in collaboration with the internal photo & video team.
• Be highly proactive in developing content ideas, viral formats, and storytelling angles.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop strong concepts and visual directions.
• Identify and leverage social media trends to create relevant and high-performing content.
• Cover events and brand activations in real time through social-first content.
• Propose innovative digital activations to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
Data Analysis, Reporting & Optimization
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, click-through rate, and conversions.
• Deliver monthly social media performance reports, including insights, learnings, and recommendations.
• Use data insights to continuously optimize content performance and social media strategy.
• Run A/B testing on content formats, messaging, and campaign approaches.
• Continuously optimize paid and organic campaigns to improve results and efficiency.
Community Presence & Brand Voice
• Act as the voice of the brand across social platforms where necessary.
• Ensure a strong, consistent, and premium brand presence in online conversations.
• Support community interactions when escalation or brand-level communication is needed (comments, public responses, etc.).
• Build and nurture relationships with followers, brand advocates, and influencers.
Paid Social & Campaign Execution (Awareness Focus)
• Support the setup, management, and optimization of paid social campaigns with a focus on brand awareness and reach across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Take ownership of campaign performance, focusing on awareness KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, and visibility.
• Work on budget allocation and efficiency to maximize brand exposure and overall awareness impact across paid social activities.
Influencer & Digital Campaign Management
• Identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers and content creators.
• Lead influencer campaigns from briefing, negotiation, and contracting to execution and performance analysis.
• Ensure alignment between influencer content and overall brand strategy.
• Actively contribute to partnership negotiations and collaboration terms.
Industry Understanding & Market Awareness
• Develop a strong understanding of the fashion, luxury, and jewelry industry landscape.
• Monitor competitor activity and social media best practices within the industry.
• Translate industry insights into actionable content and campaign opportunities.
• Stay continuously updated on market trends.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with all internal departments to ensure consistent and aligned brand execution.
• Work with marketing, creative, retail, and other relevant teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and freelancers when needed.
Requirements
• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in building and executing social media campaigns, including paid media strategy and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to grow social media accounts and increase followers through organic and paid strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, viral content formats, and platform dynamics.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Strong ability to generate ideas and translate them into engaging content.
• Copywriting and storytelling skills are a strong plus.
• Experience in influencer marketing, including negotiation and campaign management.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, or retail is a plus.
